Project Overview
Ready Wireless, a leading IoT and wireless solutions provider, partnered with Akava to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment and strategic planning initiative for their existing system architecture and primary web application platform. The engagement encompassed an in-depth evaluation of Ready Wireless’s infrastructure, components, and data flows to identify limitations and align stakeholders on future goals.
Through a series of structured deliverables including Joint Analysis & Modeling (JAaM), technical due diligence, and strategic buy vs. build vs. partner analysis, we provided actionable recommendations that empowered Ready Wireless to make informed decisions about their system improvements based on specific organizational objectives, budget constraints, and risk parameters.
The Challenge

Ready Wireless’s ecosystem featured numerous integration partners with varying technical requirements and communication protocols.
